INTERGENERATIONAL MINISTRY: THE WHY AND HOW

Explore the concept of intergenerational ministry, and discover why gathering multiple generations together to learn, worship, serve and build relationships is important for faith development and church growth. Includes time for planning practical ways to become more intergenerational.

ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH MINISTRY 

This workshop looks at 12 realities or truths that impact ministry with your children and youth, and walks you through concrete responses to these realities. It's practical and will impact your ministry immediately.

RELATIONSHIPS: SEEKING UNDERSTANDING

With a focus on growing Christian relationships, this workshop examines how Christian relationships work and why generations growing in faith together is so important. The workshop also looks at settings for growing Christian relationships.

Superb for seeking volunteers for every ministry, this workshop defines the scriptural foundation for God's call to God's people, the relationship of call to the church, a practical method to help your adults serve where they are gifted, and ideas for equipping the called.

Addressing the challenging topic of discipline in the church, this workshop considers the basics for effective, loving discipline and provides recommendations for the helpful classroom strategies and other settings. Great for all adults in the church who lead young people.

Fabulous for equipping teachers and leaders for Sunday School, LOGOS, VBS, and other opportunities for Bible study with young people. This interactive workshop examines the importance of Bible study, provides practical tools and techniques for teaching, and discusses the elements of teacher effectiveness.

Experience music, movement, art and more for use in worship. Learn how to nurture, encourage, prepare and equip young people to be worship leaders through worship arts, and discover ways to identify and call leaders to plan and implement worship arts in your church.

Explore ways to include multiple ages in the congregation's vision and plans for mission including mission activities and project to bring the whole congregation together.

GROWING FAITH AT HOME
