Special Offer to Join a Youth Ministry Leadership Cohort

Posted by Liz Perraud at

We are pleased to announce to our GenOn community an exciting opportunity with Vibrant Faith—a Youth Ministry Leadership Cohort. Youth Ministry 101 will gather virtually (monthly, for six months) as a small group of youth workers to look at how we do “whole church” faith formation while recognizing the developmental uniqueness of teenagers.

The process takes youth workers “back to the basics” but it is anything but basic. The cohort is led by Michael Droege, a 30 year youth ministry veteran and Vibrant Faith Associate Coach. He will offer his wisdom, experience, and education in intergenerational faith formation as each cohort develops theology, vision, and practice that encourages lifelong faith in teens and integrates them into church life.

This exciting opportunity is offered at a special 20% discount for churches that have been referred to Vibrant Faith by GenOn Ministries.

Click the link below for more information and to fill out an inquiry form. Once submitted, Michael will contact you. Tell him that you were referred by GenOn and you will be eligible for the discount. We believe you will benefit from the small group of youth workers in the field you are learning with as well as the guidance from Michael.

The next cohort starts in January, so please submit your inquiry soon.

"Our life is a series of cohorts, and the special ones connect with us deeply. They raise the bar and they provide a foundation for what's next." Seth Godin
