Lynn Nuzzo Director of Children’s Ministry First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton, IL Every year our LOGOS program has a big celebration on the last evening of the year. The families and  all the volunteers come together for this very special night. Everyone gathers in the Sanctuary to begin the celebration with a time of thanks and praise. Families sit together and watch a video presentation of our year together. Lots of fun pictures are shared and memories are made! If you answered, “a desire to provide excellent ministry for children and youth,” you’re right! So, our Recreation Coordinator at LOGOS came up with a wonderful idea to help renew our body and our mind – Yoga Night! We push aside all the tables, stack chairs, dim the lights, and throw our shoes in pile. Normally our recreation groups are based on grade level, but Yoga Night is special. (We choose to get out of the brutal winters of the Mid-west.) Recently my granddaughter interviewed me for one of those grandmother’s story books.
