One Great Idea: Cookie Night

Christina LandenbergerDirector of Faith Formation & Youth MinistryFirst Presbyterian Church of Grand Island, Nebraska The Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity holds an annual fundraiser, the Christmas Cookie Walk, the first week of December. Donated cookies are sold by the pound to raise funds for the organization, which has built 96 homes in our community. This year they had more than 14,000 cookies and sold out in less than two hours!
