  1. Sharing Joy and Thanksgiving with God (Psalm 100)
  2. Praise God, the Creator (Psalm 29, Genesis 1:1-2:4)
  3. Praise God for Mighty Deeds (Psalm 136:1-9, 23-26)
  4. Confession and Pardon in Worship (Psalm 51:1-10, Luke 15:3-7)
Unit 2: Joseph and His Brothers
4 sessions. The story of Joseph and his brothers, the sons of Jacob, is long and complex. The four sessions in this unit move from Joseph’s brothers’ jealousy of him to his gift of interpreting dreams, through the famine, and end in celebration as Joseph and his family are reunited in Egypt. Each session can stand on its own, and together, the sessions tell the full story. Sessions:
    1. Jealousy (Genesis 37:3-4)
    2. Dreams (Genesis 41:16, 41:25)
    3. Famine (Genesis 42:1-2, 43:1-2)
    4. Celebration! (Genesis 45:7-8)
Unit 3: God Calls the People Into Hope
4 sessions. Jesus offered hope by showing how to serve others—often unexpected others. Servanthood is lived out in peacemaking, feeding, clothing, sheltering, healing, visiting, and loving others. In this unit, LIFT Homes explore how Jesus fulfills God’s promise of hope in both the Old Testament and New Testament.  Sessions:
      1. Jesus the Servant (Isaiah 42:1-4, Matthew 12:9-21)
      2. Jesus the Messiah (Micah 5:2-5a, John 4:5-15, 25-30, 39-42)
      3. Jesus the Peacemaker (Micah 4:1-8, John 13:31-35)
      4. What’s in a Name? (Daniel 7:13-14, Matthew 24:31-46)
      $40.15
