Sunday LIFT Year 1 Summer Water Stories
Cool off this summer in the water, as we explore powerful Old Testament Scriptures that show us the importance of water. Water Stories, in GenOn's Sunday LIFT Intergenerational Resources for summer collection, gives us time to enjoy the gift of water and understand its power in the Bible. We will look at water in its literal form as well as how Biblical authors use images of water to teach us about God and our faith. 4 sessions:
- Session 1 - A Big Boat (Genesis 6:10-8:22)
- Session 2 - Let the Waters Flow (Exodus 14)
- Session 3 - Bitter Water Better (Exodus 15:22-26)
- Session 4 - Water in the Psalms (Psalms 23, 93, 104, 106)
