Getting to Know GenOn Staff: Nancy Nale

Posted by Liz Perraud at

Nancy Nale joined the GenOn Ministries staff in August of 2015 and serves as our Training and Resources Specialist. You may have spoken with Nancy on the phone!

Nancy became involved with a LOGOS program in 1995 and has been a supporter ever since, having worn just about every hat in the ministry.  She says that LOGOS nurtured her through working with children and youth and it showed her gifts of leadership that she didn’t know she had.

She was a stay-at-home mom till their daughter graduated from high school in 2013.  After becoming an empty nester it was time to find out what was next in God’s plan for her.  She volunteers at a local elementary school and enjoys singing in a community choir to promote local charities.  Nancy sings in her church choir, plays hand bells, and helps in different ways at her home church.  She also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing corn hole, sitting in their screened in porch with a cup of coffee, and listening to bluegrass.

Nancy is very excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the GenOn Ministries staff!  She enjoys talking to people who have participated in a LOGOS Encounter and getting their feedback.  But what she likes most is hearing the stories of how they reach out to children, youth, and adults through LOGOS and how they show them that they are all a child of God.
