Giving Tuesday: A Day to Celebrate Generosity

Posted by Liz Perraud at

People worldwide will celebrate generosity and give on November 27.

GenOn Ministries depends on your giving to help fulfill our vision of a world filled with thriving Christian communities.

Will you donate on November 27 to help transform lives and congregations?

Several donors have pledged together to match donations from now through midnight on Giving Tuesday, doubling the first $3,000 given!

Still more have pledged to match donations from new donors (or donors who haven't given in several years).

Your donation helps transform congregations like Concordia Lutheran Church that has been a LOGOS church for nearly 20 years, beginning as outreach to their community. A community with gang activity and a significant high school drop-out rate. LOGOS provides intentionality to bring change to the lives of the people who have participated these past 20 years.

Your donation helps transform congregations like North Long Beach Christian Church that recently started LOGOS in collaboration with a Mexican Catholic Church through a DeHaven LOGOS grant. The pastor is amazed at the commitment level and who is showing up from their community that is 10-25 percent below the poverty level.  The leaders are excited about the catalyst of change that LOGOS will provide to the lives of the people there for years to come.

Your donation supports the organization that supports these churches. And hundreds and hundreds more churches.

Your donation can be made in honor or memory of a loved one through our donation button below.

On behalf of people of all generations who have benefited and will benefit from your financial support of GenOn Ministries, thank you!
