Concordia recently concluded our annual Vacation Bible School. This year we decided to make the VBS intergenerational -- children, teens, and adults all meeting and working together. We settled on The Church Family Gathers for a Very Blessed Summer from GenOn as our curriculum. Everyone involved thought this was “the best Vacation Bible School ever.” The reviews were exceptional, and the curriculum was great. The opportunities for adults and young people to enter into meaningful discussions were awesome. We ended the week with a party: food, music, games, and dance. Everyone was smiling, laughing and totally energized, looking forward to the next opportunity to get together.Â
