Specialized Training - Ministry Leadership
MINISTRY LEADERSHIP workshops help churches to equip leaders and staff to offer excellent ministry. The topics are varied, from discipline to a biblical process of calling volunteers to practicing excellence in Bible study, recreation and worship arts.
Workshop fees
- $275 for 90-minute workshop
- $550 for expanded 3-hour workshop
Church chooses length of workshop. In addition to workshop fee, travel costs and lodging for training leader(s) are covered by host church or organization by making a deposit before the event date. See SAMPLE CONTRACT.

Achieving Excellence in Children's and Youth Ministry

Participation in worship is our gift to God. In this experiential workshop, participants learn how to nurture, encourage, prepare and equip young people to be leaders in worship. They'll have fun as they discover ways to identify and call leaders,and plan and implement worship arts options.
Just For the Fun of It
Learn how having fun through recreation and learning about God can go hand-in-hand. This is a fun, experiential workshop for all those who lead recreation groups of any age.
Discipline in Love
Addressing the challenging topic of discipline in the church, this workshop considers the basics for effective loving discipline and provides recommendations for a helpful strategy for classrooms and other settings. Great for all adults in the church who lead young people.
Teacher's Toolbox
Great for equipping teachers and leaders of children in Sunday school, LOGOS, VBS, and other opportunities for Bible study with young people. This interactive workshop examines the importance of Bible study, provides practical tools and techniques for teaching, and discusses the elements of teacher effectiveness.
